The Rules of PR News Distribution

1. All press releases and articles are checked by hand, this is not an automation process.
2. If you we delete press release or article and you would like us to review your reasons why it should be listed please contact us.

Content of Press Release

• Title of Press Release: Please  no CAPs. If you submit CAPs we will delete your article.
• Short Content: Article Content No more than 30 to 40 words, this is the article teaser on your home page with no web links or URL's.
• Article Subtitle: It is better you change the Article Subtitle from the Title of Press Release. It reads better on the page. Also no CAPs.
• Article Content: this can be as long as required, but please no more than three URL's.

Blogs

• Title of Blogs: Please  no CAPs. If you submit CAPs we will delete your blog. We are not re-typing your blog, just do it correctly.
• Blog Content: this can be as long as required and add images, but please no more than three URL's / web site links.
• Podcast Options: If you have a podcast your can link this from your website within the control panel.
• Disable Comments: In the advance options you can tick the box to delete this option.

Author Profiles

All Authors will be shown in View Authors

• No rude words for your name.
• Biograph: one liners, random rubbish, authors will be deleted. Try to explain who and what you are representing.  Only one URL please.
• Authors who register and never submit any press releases or articles will be deleted within two months of registering.
• No Hotmail, Google or Yahoo accounts, you must be using your company email address.
  

URL's and Web Links

Most spam postings will include a lot of URLs, please follow our rules.

1. Author Profiles are only allowed one url's, web links
2. Press releases and articles are allowed only three url's, web links
3. Blogs are allowed only three url's, web links
