Switchboard Solutions
We can provide a complete automated switchboard solution without the need for investment in expensive telephony equipment from only £30 per month.
Your caller can be greeted with a message "Thank you for calling XYZ Co. Your call is important to us and we want to route you to the correct person as quickly as possible. Using your key pad please select from the following options"
Calls can then be routed to separate lines including mobil
es for each option. Where the extension is unavailable you can choose to have the caller leave a voicemail or transfer to one of our experienced handlers. Messages are then forwarded by email. Voicemail messages are sent as an MP3 file to any specified email address at no extra cost.
You can also set the service to route to voicemail or our call centre for out of hours service.
