Does today’s lifestyle allow for letter writing?

With the back to basics approach becoming ever more popular with organic food, natural remedies, environmental issues, and reducing use of electronic products, the art of letter writing is now growing in popularity.

With the advent of Write a Letter Week, primarily aimed at the 5 – 11 years which is trying to bring back the art of creating a letter that has a personal sentiment attached and can bring such delight to those who receive them.  However there are no age boundaries to writing or receiving letters.

Letters have continued to provide history through many decades and Leavealetter.com aims to deliver this expression of emotions through letters to the future generations.  These will become a treasured possession, like they have over the years, to offer a powerful and priceless legacy.

Everyone loves to receive a letter and everyone comprehends the value of a letter to cherish, but does today’s lifestyle allow for this extraordinary gift to be created?

www.leavealetter.com wanted to create a union of traditional letter writing with current computing technology.  The service provides the ability to express emotions, love, aspirations, advice, and memories in a letter which is stored securely and can be updated at any time and anywhere.

Letters left with Leavealetter.com are stored securely, unseen by anyone until the writer has passed away, only then are the letters available to the loved ones, at a time appropriate to them.

For more information or to arrange an interview please contact media@leavealetter.com or telephone 01252 794545, Jill Green or Angie Mills.

Write a letter week takes place 22 – 28 February 2008.
