At the tasting on 16 October, Paxton Rosé 2008 will be served on arrival, with canapé, followed by Pinot Gris 2008; Chardonnay 2007 (Bronze Medal IWC London 2009 and Best in Class), with a starter of Terrine of Ham Hock with Mustard Dressing. The big Aussie reds commence with the impressive AAA Shiraz Grenache 2006 (IWC Silver - IWSC Bronze); followed by Quandong Farm Shiraz 2007 (Mathew Jukes Top 100 Aussie Wines), with the main course of Braised Lamb Shank.
