– Cegedim Rx, the market leading pharmacy IT supplier, has upgraded its infrastructure to deliver a faster Internet service to its EPS pharmacies.
The roll-out of N3 has massively increased Internet usage across pharmacy and many pharmacists now see the Internet as one of their most useful sources of information. Cegedim Rx expects this trend to continue with the roll out of EPS Release 2 and has worked with its N3 provider, Vialtus Solutions, to upgrade its infrastructure to deliver faster Internet access with immediate effect.
Cegedim Rx has increased its network capacity to improve the internet browsing experience, provide the ability to download files faster, and ensure speedier head office connectivity and data provision. The improved infrastructure will also continue to provide Cegedim Rx customers with anti virus, web-filtering and anti-spam services.
