Scottish-based marketing and events agency, GMFCo, have won a pitch
against London based agencies and have been appointed by The World
Boxing Council (WBC) for The Night of Champions which will take place
in Cardiff next August.
The WBC Night of Champions is an event to showcase the best boxing in the last four years and will give awards to the greatest boxing champions of all time. It is an established, high profile and commercially successful event which will be broadcast on television worldwide, gaining exposure for the sport, the legacy of the champions and the host location. The event will also give an informing narrative to a wider population of the best aspects of
the sport reinforcing
these to a worldwide audience.
David Walker, Director of WBC Cardiff 2010, commented:
